Originally from Mazatlan, Mexico, Ms. Garcia Chesnick entered the high-end timeshare industry on a part-time basis while running her own clothing store featuring her designs in Puerto Vallarta. She soon realized that her penchant for sales was stronger than that of fashion design. Her decision to concentrate on her real estate career 100% arose out of a desire to interact with people, service clients and sell in general.


Mathy has been selling real estate with a commitment to excellence for over 20 years. Her real estate practice and production have earned her numerous awards and great respect among her peers.
